Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, AWS, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a combination of Technical Leadership (50%) and Individual Contribution (50%).

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client interactions, leading a team of engineers, owning end-to-end delivery, driving technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and actively contributing to application development. The candidate should also support team members in resolving day-to-day technical challenges while ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

- Own end-to-end delivery of applications and product features.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.
- Support team members in resolving day-to-day technical issues.
- Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and engineering best practices.
- Manage sprint planning, estimations, resource allocation, and releases.
- Conduct code reviews and establish development standards.

Technical Responsibilities





- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based architecture.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS.
- Implement secure and scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.
- Participate in development activities as an Individual Contributor (50%).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and automation.

Cloud & DevOps

- Design and deploy applications on AWS.
- Work with AWS services such as:

- API Gateway

- Lambda

- ECS/EKS
- S3

- RDS

- CloudWatch
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Harness, or equivalent platforms.
- Support deployment automation and release management.

Architecture & Best Practices

- Design highly scalable distributed systems.
- Implement Microservices and API-first architecture.
- Manage API versioning and cross-service dependencies.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Drive best practices around coding standards, design patterns, and Agile development.
