Position Overview

We seek a talented Full Stack Software Developer with solid problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and a passion for pharmaceutical solutions. You will develop, design, and optimize software systems that support laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and data management in the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop full-stack applications (front-end, back-end, database) for LIMS, QMS, and lab automation systems
- Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions; partner with functional experts and stakeholders
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following pharma software development standards
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices for laboratory workflow automation and data integration
- Implement data validation, security controls, and audit logging to meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Troubleshoot complex issues using root-cause analysis and creative problem-solving techniques
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and compliance teams for testing, deployment, and regulatory submissions
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and integration with legacy pharma systems

Technical Skills Required

- Languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
- Front-end: React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks with strong UI/UX understanding
- Back-end: Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, ASP.NET, or Node.js
- Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab,



CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (containers, Kubernetes)
- API Integration: REST, SOAP, HL7, FHIR (healthcare standards)

Required Experience & Competencies

- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex business problems into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and use case development
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma, or financial services preferred)
- Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Agile development experience and ability to work in iterative sprints

Pharmaceutical Domain Knowledge (Preferred/Plus)

- Experience with LIMS, ELN, QMS, or laboratory automation systems
- Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11, and GxP guidelines
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical development lifecycle (R&D;, manufacturing, quality assurance)
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry, batch records, or lab operations

Desirable Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with software architecture design patterns (microservices, event-driven)
- Exposure to machine learning or data analytics in healthcare/pharma context
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, or CKA (Kubernetes)
