Job Description:

Job Role: SCM Head

Function:
Responsible for leading the end-to-end Supply Chain Management function including Strategic Procurement, Vendor Development, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Stores, Logistics, and Supply Chain Optimization. Ensures uninterrupted material availability, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and operational excellence aligned with organizational business objectives.

Education Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering. Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management

Experience:
15–20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Vendor Development, Planning, Inventory Control, and Logistics within Manufacturing Industry.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership role handling SCM function.

Other Requirement
Knowledge of SAP MM Module (subcontracting, POs, MRP)
Expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management
Experience in Vendor Development and Supplier Performance Management




Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Planning and Inventory Optimization
Exposure to Multi-site Procurement and Supply Chain Operations
Experience in Cost Reduction, Value Engineering and Localization Initiatives
Robust commercial acumen and negotiation capability
Experience in Greenfield Projects, Capital Procurement and
Supply Chain Transformation will be preferred
