Preparing cash flows, budget and approval costs.
Preparing worksheets about various FSI regulations such as 30(A), 33(20)(B), 33(11) of DCPR 2034.
Preparing Plinth CC, further CC and OC Compliances.
Ensuring to update Management on the recent developments in building norms, current regulations and policies.
