Responsibilities
Primary:
Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, validate and refine business and functional requirements
Valuable Understanding of Quote to Cash Cycle. Experience in Configure, Price & Quote Tools along with Pricing is added advantage.
Foster robust relationship with client stakeholders by understanding their pain points and business needs
Drive clarity in complex problem spaces and navigate ambiguity to guide stakeholders towards actionable problem statements
Actively manage customer engagement and expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on scope, priorities and deliverables
