Can you build a ₹-crore Q-commerce business — not just manage an account?

We’re looking for a commercially solid skilled to own and scale the Q-commerce business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and emerging platforms.

This is a business ownership role, where you’ll be responsible for:
Revenue & growth
Margins & account-level P&L;
Platform relationships & negotiations
Pricing, promotions & visibility
Assortment, availability & inventory
Recent launches & category expansion
Platform, city & SKU-level performance
Cross-functional execution with supply chain, finance, marketing & category teams

We’re looking for someone with:
4–10 years of experience in Q-commerce,



e-commerce or Key Account Management
Hands-on experience with Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart
FMCG, D2C or consumer-brand experience
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Proven ownership of revenue, margins and/or P&L;
Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
High ownership and bias for action
Willingness to travel for platform meetings and market/dark-store visits
