Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The candidate will work across the full technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Strong experience with Azure Functions, serverless architectures, queue-based workflows, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern cloud computing patterns is highly desirable.

Experience working with AI technologies, agentic systems, and RAG solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable software architectures across front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly UI components and integrate them with back-end services and APIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and server-side applications.
- Design and optimize database models using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement server-side logic and APIs to support front-end functionality.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop modern cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, including serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and manage Azure Functions, queue-based subscriptions, and workflow-based solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and other technical teams to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering application architecture, processes, APIs, and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve complex full-stack application issues.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles, code reuse, separation of concerns, and software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.

Required Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of qualified experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
- Strong experience with Node.js and server-side development.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and state management solutions.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience with Azure Functions and modern serverless/cloud computing patterns.
- Understanding of queue-based subscriptions, event-driven architectures, and workflow-based systems.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, code reuse, separation of concerns, and software design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
- Experience building scalable and maintainable web applications.




- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions and other Azure services.

- Experience with real-time communication technologies such as WebSockets.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI and Machine Learning services.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in software development.
- Experience working with event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
- Experience mentoring developers and participating in technical code reviews.
