Role Description The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing daily reception and front desk operations in a full-time, on-site role located in Udupi. This includes welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a friendly and professional first point of contact. The role involves managing appointments, coordinating with wellness staff, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front office workflows.

Executive also supports basic administrative tasks,



handles customer concerns promptly, and contributes to a positive and calm atmosphere aligned with Kanasu Wellness values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage warmly and professionally with guests.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills, including handling check-ins, scheduling, and managing front desk operations.
- Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and internal teams.
- Candidates should ideally have basic computer proficiency, experience with appointment or booking systems, and attention to detail in record keeping.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, a calm and courteous demeanor, the ability to work full time on-site in Udupi, and prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare settings is an advantage.
