About Baale Resort Goa

Baale Resort Goa is a luxury villa property focused on delivering personalized and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and guest-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and front office documentation.
- Handle billing, cash, and payment transactions as required.
- Provide guests with information about the resort, facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with guest requests, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
- Ensure all Front Office procedures and resort service standards are consistently followed.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, communication, and hospitality at all times.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office/Guest Relations in the hospitality industry.
- Must be willing and comfortable to work night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of hotel PMS and basic computer applications.
- Qualified appearance with a pleasant and approachable personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Candidates with experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or villa properties will be preferred.
