Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiter Freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT professionals for US-based requirements and supporting the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand US IT job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruitment teams.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn US staffing processes, technologies, and recruitment practices.




- Meet daily and monthly sourcing/recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technical roles.
- Good sourcing and candidate interaction skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred
- Any graduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers with an interest in US IT Recruitment / Staffing are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship or recruitment training experience will be an added advantage.
