Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in Surat. The Fresher will support the team in researching and testing AI tools, documenting workflows, and organizing information into clear, user-friendly formats.

Day-to-day activities include assisting in content preparation (such as outlines, notes, and basic drafts), collecting examples of real-world AI use cases, and helping design simple automation workflows under guidance. The role also involves basic data entry,



maintaining internal knowledge bases, and collaborating with team members to improve productivity processes. The Fresher will be encouraged to learn quickly, experiment with new tools, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

- Foundational digital literacy and comfort using web applications, productivity tools, and AI-assisted platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, automation, or interest in learning about AI tools and workflows.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to follow structured processes, document steps accurately, and maintain organized records.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to experiment with current tools and learn independently.
- Collaborative attitude, reliability, and readiness to work in office full-time in Surat.
- Preferred: Coursework or projects related to computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Familiarity with basic no-code tools, spreadsheets, or workflow automation platforms is a plus.
