Role Description The Freelance Web Developer will work on a contract basis to design, develop, and maintain web applications and features that support NambiLearn AI’s learning platform. This on-site role, based in India, involves implementing responsive user interfaces, integrating front-end and back-end components, and optimizing performance for a seamless learner experience.

The developer will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities include debugging issues, updating existing modules, implementing recent functionalities, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.





Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and familiarity with component-based architecture.
- Working knowledge of back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP, and experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimizing data access.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues independently, and meet project deadlines on a contract basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working on education technology or AI-driven platforms in India is a plus.
