About the Role
We are looking for self-driven, highly connected freelance sales professionals to introduce the ClubPass platform to private clubs, sports facilities, and children's enrichment centers across India. ClubPass is a comprehensive digital management solution designed to streamline facility bookings, membership management, and class scheduling. This is an independent B2B sales role offering high earning potential through an industry-leading recurring commission model.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard private clubs, sports complexes, fitness academies, and enrichment/activity centers.
- Conduct live platform demonstrations and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads within your assigned regional territory, with a heavy emphasis on emerging Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
- Serve as the primary relationship link between the newly onboarded facility and the ClubPass team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in B2B field sales, SaaS sales, or business development targeting the hospitality, fitness, or institutional sectors.
- Deep existing network, local market understanding, and strong qualified reach into Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns across India.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated entrepreneur mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule and targets.
Commission Structure & Rewards
- First-Year Revenue Share: Earn up to 25% on the total revenue generated from every client you successfully onboard.
- Perpetual Residual Income: Earn a fixed 15% commission on all subsequent annual renewals for as long as your clients stay active on the platform.
