HopingMinds is looking for an experienced Solar Trainer to deliver classroom and practical field training under our Solar Module Installation Training Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training on Solar PV installation, wiring, inverter configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide practical hands-on and field-based training.
- Train participants on safety procedures, troubleshooting, and industry best practices.
- Supervise rooftop solar installations and mentor trainees during Field OJT.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Solar PV installation and maintenance.
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy .
- Solid communication and training delivery skills.
- Willingness to travel for training sessions.
- Prior training or skill-development experience will be an added advantage.
