About the Requirement

BrainyBuzz Digital is looking for an experienced Freelance Proxmox VE Enterprise Trainer / Consultant to deliver an intensive, hands-on classroom training program for IT Infrastructure/Operations professionals.

The objective of the program is to develop practical expertise in deploying, migrating, administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining Proxmox VE in enterprise production environments.

This is not intended to be a basic virtualization course. We are specifically looking for a trainer with strong real-world Proxmox implementation and production experience who can combine technical concepts with extensive hands-on labs.

Trainer Profile

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong hands-on experience with Proxmox VE
- Experience deploying or managing Proxmox in production environments
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration
- Virtualization, networking and storage expertise




- Experience with clustering and High Availability
- Knowledge of backup and disaster-recovery architectures
- Understanding of VMware-to-Proxmox migration is highly desirable
- Previous corporate/enterprise technical training experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage practical lab sessions and troubleshoot participant environments

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in virtualization/Linux infrastructure with substantial hands-on Proxmox experience.

Trainer Responsibilities The selected trainer will be expected to:

- Deliver 5–6 days of instructor-led classroom training
- Provide/finalize a detailed technical training syllabus
- Prepare practical lab exercises
- Conduct demonstrations and hands-on sessions
- Assist participants during lab activities
- Cover real-world enterprise deployment scenarios
- Share training material/reference material
- Conduct knowledge checks or a final assessment
- Provide post-training recommendations/best practices where appropriate

Commercial Engagement

This will be a freelance professional engagement.

We are particularly interested in practitioners who have actually designed, deployed, migrated or supported Proxmox VE environments in production, rather than trainers with only theoretical familiarity with the platform.
