Role Description The Freelance Trainer will deliver software-focused training sessions to learners in an online / Offline environment, ensuring clear explanation of concepts and hands-on guidance through practical exercises and real-time projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, presenting live lectures or recorded sessions, and providing timely feedback on assignments and projects. The instructor will support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, monitor progress,



and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This is a full-time freelancer role, requiring consistent availability during scheduled training hours and collaboration with MagiQ’s academic team to refine course content and maintain high training standards.

Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in relevant software development technologies and tools (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, databases, Software Testing ).
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured training content, including lesson plans, exercises, and real-time project guidance.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, digital collaboration tools, and Freelance instruction best practices.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in IT or software development is highly beneficial.
- Strong learner-centric mindset, patience, and commitment to supporting diverse learners in achieving their goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules responsibly, and coordinate with MagiQ’s team.
