Role Description This is a remote Freelance Illustrator role.

The Freelance

Illustrator will create custom illustrations and graphics that support client content, marketing materials, and digital assets. Daily tasks include interpreting creative briefs, developing initial sketches, producing polished digital illustrations, and collaborating with writers and designers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines. The illustrator will manage their own schedule, deliver work within agreed timelines, and revise artwork based on client feedback.





The role involves working on a variety of projects, such as social media visuals, blog imagery, and promotional designs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Digital Illustration and Graphic Design skills for creating professional, client-ready artwork.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing and Painting skills to develop original concepts and detailed visual compositions.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Graphics and visual communication to support marketing and content objectives.
- Experience with industry-standard illustration and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate) is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret briefs, work independently, manage deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles and completed client or personal projects is strongly preferred.
- Previous freelance or agency experience and familiarity with social media and digital content formats are a plus.
