Role Description The Freelance Clinical Research Trainer will deliver full-time, in office training sessions at the Pune Division, focusing on clinical research concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting course material, developing lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom and practical sessions, and evaluating learner performance through assignments, tests, and projects. The trainer will provide mentoring and feedback, stay updated with current clinical research regulations and industry standards, and incorporate these updates into the curriculum.



The role also involves coordinating with the academic team to improve training quality, contributing to course content development, and supporting learners in becoming job-ready for roles in clinical research and related fields.

Qualifications

- Clinical Education and Training skills to design and deliver structured clinical research courses.
- Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to explain clinical concepts and study protocols clearly.
- Research skills to guide learners in understanding study design, data collection, analysis, and ethical considerations.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse learner groups effectively.
- Prior experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or related healthcare domains is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage classroom schedules, and adapt teaching methods to learner needs.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with GCP guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial documentation is an advantage.
