About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to handle pre-sales activities and manage franchise acquisition through effective lead handling and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into successful franchise partnerships by explaining business opportunities, maintaining follow-ups, and coordinating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to franchise business opportunities.
- Perform cold calling to prospective franchise partners and generate interest in the brand.
- Manage and nurture company-generated leads effectively.
- Explain franchise models, investment details, ROI, and business opportunities to potential clients.
- Conduct pre-sales discussions and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.




- Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build solid relationships with potential franchise investors and business partners.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills

Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in handling franchise leads and cold calling is mandatory.
