Role Description The Framer role at Deven Web Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. In this role, the Framer specialist will design and build websites and landing pages in Framer, translating brand guidelines, wireframes, and UX strategies into polished, interactive digital experiences. Day-to-day work includes structuring page layouts, configuring components, setting up responsive behavior, and creating smooth animations and interactions that support conversion goals.

The Framer professional will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to refine prototypes,



implement feedback, and ensure consistency across projects. The role also involves optimizing performance, maintaining clean and organized project structures, and staying current with Framer updates and modern web best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Framer for website design and development, including layout, components, interactions, and responsive behavior.
- Experience with modern web design practices, such as UI/UX principles, typography, spacing, and conversion-focused page structure.
- Ability to collaborate with design and development teams, interpret brand and project requirements, and translate them into transparent, functional Framer builds.
- Knowledge of basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals) and an understanding of performance optimization and accessibility in web projects.
- Attention to detail, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site studio environment.
- Good communication skills and comfort presenting work, discussing technical constraints, and incorporating feedback constructively.
- Relevant education or demonstrated experience in web design, interaction design, or front-end development; a portfolio showcasing Framer projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with additional platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify) and SEO-friendly structures, animations, or third-party integrations is a plus.
