We are not a corporate machine, and we don't care about fancy office spaces. Kelvoire is a newly launching luxury home decor brand operating under LuxeDecorHub.com. We're a fast-moving, high-execution collective of builders looking for true hustlers,people who want to skip the red tape, get their hands dirty, and help build a brand from ground zero.

What you'll own:

- Full-Funnel Performance Marketing: build, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- MarTech & Automation Stack: integrate Brevo with Shopify, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics to build email and WhatsApp marketing workflows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, VIP nurture sequences)
- Content & Campaign Creation: write persuasive ad copy and design/direct creative assets (images, short-form video, carousels) that convert cold traffic into buyers
- Omnichannel Execution: combine paid acquisition (Meta/Google) with retention channels (email/WhatsApp) to maximize ROAS and customer LTV
- Direct strategy sessions with the founders: you'll help shape where this brand goes, not just execute someone else's plan

Who you are:

- The exceptional fresher / self-taught marketer: you might not have years of agency experience,



but your knowledge of paid media, tracking setups, and retention marketing is sharper than most veterans'. Show us the work, not the resume line.
- Social proof & presence: you maintain an active personal brand or strong following on Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn, showing you understand audiences and contemporary content trends
- Platform mastery: hands-on with Brevo, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, including audience targeting and custom conversion tracking
- The hustler mindset: resourceful, analytical, and motivated by ownership. You care about revenue and conversions, not vanity metrics
- Genuine interest in home decor / D2C / lifestyle brands: this should excite you, not just be convenient

What We're Not

- We're not able to offer a fixed salary right now, this is a stipend + performance-rewards role, full stop
- We're not promising a guaranteed future title, we're offering a genuine shot at one, earned through results, if and when the brand's revenue supports it
- We're not a big company with a large team or fixed processes, you'll be building a lot of this as you go
- We are looking for someone who's excited by that reality, not someone hoping it'll turn into something more traditional right away
