Founding Full-Stack Developer – MandiMitra

About MandiMitra

MandiMitra is an early-stage AgriTech platform designed to connect farmers, mandis, buyers, and transport services through one digital platform.

We are starting with a focused pilot around chilli sourcing and one mandi , with the long-term goal of expanding to multiple crops and markets across India.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full-Stack Developer who can help us build the first MandiMitra MVP from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the technical development of the product.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home chance .

Responsibilities

- Plan and develop the MandiMitra MVP
- Build the farmer-side application
- Build buyer-side functionality
- Develop an admin dashboard
- Develop backend APIs
- Design and manage the database
- Implement authentication and basic security
- Integrate notifications and required services
- Deploy the backend and application
- Test and fix bugs
- Prepare the Android application for Play Store submission
- Maintain the project using Git and GitHub

Preferred Skills
- Flutter / Dart
- Python / Django / Django REST Framework
- PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- Git & GitHub
- Cloud deployment
- Basic application security

Experience with React, Firebase, Google Maps, notifications,



or payment integrations is a plus.

- Has built and deployed real-world applications
- Can work independently and solve technical problems
- Can communicate clearly with the founder
- Interested in building a product from the early stage
- Takes ownership and can meet agreed deadlines

Initial MVP The first version will focus on: Farmers → Chilli → Mandi → Buyers → Transport The product will initially be tested with a small group of farmers and buyers in one mandi before expanding.

Compensation

This is an early-stage startup project. Compensation will be discussed based on experience, availability, and scope of work.

For candidates joining the initial development phase, we are open to discussing a project-based payment or performance-based compensation .
