What if your next role didn’t come with a playbook?

We’re looking for a sharp, high-ownership professional to work directly with the founders on high-priority business problems across growth, operations, strategy, category and new initiatives.

This is not a role where strategy ends in a presentation. You’ll be expected to take problems from analysis to execution.

What you’ll do

- Work directly with founders on strategic initiatives
- Analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build business cases, financial models and decision frameworks
- Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research
- Identify new channels, categories and efficiency opportunities




- Work with functional leaders to drive execution

What we’re looking for

- 2–4 years in consulting, startups, D2C, e-commerce or consumer businesses
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with numbers, business metrics and financial models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High ownership, independence and bias for action
- MBA/PGDM from a robust institution preferred
