About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, highly driven, and intellectually curious individual to join the Founder's Office.
This is not a conventional internship where you will be assigned a fixed set of repetitive tasks. You will work closely with the Founder's Office and get exposure to business operations, people management, technology, internal processes, strategic initiatives, client/deal management, and decision-making.
The role requires someone who can think independently, understand problems deeply, figure things out, and take ownership.
We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for instructions at every step.
If you see a problem, you should be able to understand it, research it, propose a solution, and drive it toward execution.
You will essentially act as an extension of the Founder's Office and will be involved in making sure that things across the organization move in the right direction.
What You Will Work On
- Founder's Office Operations
- Manage and coordinate meetings, calls, reviews, and discussions.
- Maintain meeting calendars, agendas, follow-ups, and action items.
- Coordinate with employees, leadership, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure important tasks and commitments are followed through.

- Identify bottlenecks and escalate important issues appropriately.
- Help improve accountability and operational discipline across teams.
- Understand how different departments interact with each other.
- Business & Process Management
- Study existing company processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Suggest improvements in workflows, communication, documentation, and execution.
- Help design and implement internal processes and SOPs.
- Identify repetitive/manual processes that can be optimized or automated.
- Understand the business logic behind processes, rather than simply following them.
- Take ownership of process-improvement initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Deals, Clients & Business Development Support
- Assist in managing ongoing business discussions and deals.
- Track proposals, quotations, negotiations, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients/stakeholders.

- Converting research into practical recommendations.
- Going deep into a topic instead of relying on surface-level information.
"I don't know" is acceptable. "I don't know, but I'll figure it out" is the mindset we are looking for.
