About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and high-ownership Customer Success Associate/Manager to work closely with the Founder/CEO. The role combines Customer Success, Account Management, and Founder's Office initiatives, with exposure to customers, product, sales, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer onboarding, engagement, adoption, and ongoing relationships.
- Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
- Track customer health, feedback, adoption, and retention opportunities.
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO on strategic and operational projects.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Support customer meetings, business reviews, reports, dashboards, and presentations.




- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in customer experience and operations.
- Take ownership of special projects and drive them from idea to execution.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Operations, Founder’s Office, Consulting, or Sales.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Strong ownership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, presentations, and CRM tools.
- SaaS/HealthTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
