Role Description :

This remote internship role as Founders Associate | Social & Content Marketing supports the founders in shaping and growing CreateWorkflow.io’s brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, drafting and publishing social media content, and creating short-form and long-form marketing copy for various channels.

The intern will help manage content calendars, assist with email campaigns, and coordinate social engagement and community-building activities. Additional responsibilities may include preparing marketing reports, supporting launch campaigns for new AI solutions, and collaborating with product and operations to turn product updates into compelling content. This is an internship position with flexibility to work remotely while closely collaborating with the founding team.

Must have

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, blogs, and newsletters, with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience in social media management, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and optimizing content for different platforms.
- Comfort with basic marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, content planning, and growth-focused campaigns.




- Strong research skills to understand AI, automation, and business operations topics and turn insights into accessible content.
- Attention to detail in grammar, structure, and brand voice, with a willingness to edit and refine materials based on feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving startup context.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, and startups; prior experience in marketing, content creation, or community building is a plus.
- Recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
