Build AI-powered decision systems that change how businesses operate.

We are looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the intersection of Business, Data, AI and Engineering.

This is not a traditional software engineering or data science role.

You will work directly with Finance, Growth and Business leaders to take complex, ambiguous business problems and turn them into production-grade, ontology based decision systems.

You will help build the digital representation of the business connecting entities, metrics, events, relationships and actions and use AI to move from dashboards and analysis to recommendations, simulations and decisions.

What You Will Do

- Embed with Finance, Growth, Product and Business teams to identify high-value decision problems.
- Translate ambiguous business workflows into clear technical architectures, data models and measurable outcomes.
- Design and build business ontologies representing customers, products, orders, campaigns, channels, revenue, costs, margins and business actions.
- Connect fragmented data from ERP, CRM, marketing, product, finance and operational systems.
- Build decision applications, AI agents and workflows using SQL, Python, APIs, LLMs and contemporary data/AI platforms.
- Build prototypes rapidly and take the best solutions all the way to reliable production deployment.
- Define evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, adoption and real business impact.




- Work hands-on in code while partnering directly with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Convert successful deployments into reusable data models, decision patterns, playbooks and platform capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

You are a strong builder who is equally comfortable with AI Vibe coder with strong communication skills. Ideally, you have 2–4+ years of experience in one or more of:

- Data Engineering
- AI/ML Engineering
- Solutions Architecture
- Analytics Engineering
- Technical Consulting
- Forward Deployed Engineering

You should have:
- Strong understanding of data modeling, entity relationships and business processes.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM applications, agents, RAG or intelligent workflows.
- Ability to move from a messy business problem to a working prototype and then to production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with CXOs, business leaders and domain experts.
- High ownership, comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Strong Advantage

Experience in one or more of:
- MBA Degree from premium institute
- Finance, FP&A;, pricing, profitability or revenue management
- Growth, marketing, lifecycle, CRM or customer analytics
- Decision intelligence, optimization or forecasting
- Knowledge graphs, ontologies or semantic data models
