Role & responsibilities

- Surfactants, solubilisers, emulsifiers, thickeners, chelating agents, preservatives, fragrances and pH adjustment.
- Water quality and microbial-control requirements.
- Product preservation and packaging compatibility.
- Percentage, batch-scaling, yield and costing calculations.
- VFD agitators, mixing tanks, pumps and filling machines.
- GMP, production hygiene, cross-contamination control and batch documentation.
- Basic Excel and computer skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or Cosmetic Technology preferred.
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm or B.Tech Chemical Engineering candidates may apply only if they possess relevant hands-on formulation and manufacturing experience.
- Candidate must satisfy applicable technical-staff qualification requirements for the products manufactured.
- minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in home care, cosmetics, personal care, detergents, cleaners or household-product manufacturing.
- Degree alone is insufficient; practical formulation and scale-up experience is mandatory.
