Role Description : The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing restaurant and bar services, coordinating banquet and room service offerings, and ensuring consistent quality in food preparation and presentation. The role involves supervising and scheduling staff, monitoring inventory, implementing hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining cost controls across outlets.

The manager will handle guest feedback, support menu planning with culinary teams, and collaborate with management on promotional activities to enhance revenue and guest experience.

? MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

- Relevant experience(minimum 3 year) in hotel or resort food and beverage management, preferably in a premium or 4-star environment.




- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge and service standards.
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Experience in training team members, conducting regular briefings, developing service skills and product knowledge, and implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service standards.
- Competence in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for food and beverage departments.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, coordinate across departments, and work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hotel Management
- Languages - Malayalam and English
