Role Description The Food & Beverage Facilitator is a full time, on-site role based in Tumkur, Karnataka. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Facilitator to join our team and support the training and development of aspiring hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service
- Train learners on restaurant operations, service standards, guest handling, and hygiene
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and learner evaluations
- Support learners in developing industry-ready skills
- Coordinate with the placement and industry engagement team
- Maintain training records, attendance, and learner progress
- Support industrial visits, internships,



and placement activities

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Food & Beverage Service / Hospitality Training
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong practical knowledge of hotel/restaurant operations
- Passion for teaching and mentoring youth
- Prior experience as a trainer/facilitator will be an advantage
