Role Description The Food and Beverage Server role at Aauris is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The server will greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness in the service area, and following hygiene and safety guidelines.

The role involves handling guest queries, addressing concerns, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and processing payments. The server is expected to maintain professional conduct, support team members during busy periods,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Food Service skills to provide efficient, courteous, and accurate service.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess foundational Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity, basic serving techniques, and hygiene practices.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or café service is beneficial; entry-level candidates with strong motivation will be considered.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and manage quick-paced environments.
- Basic numeracy for handling bills and payments, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
