Katyayani Organics is looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with Backend Experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter, integrating APIs, working with Firebase, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Build responsive and user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Integrate and manage REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
- Work with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Push Notifications.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement application features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance and usability issues.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
- Participate in application deployment and maintenance on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.




- Maintain project documentation and version control using Git.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Flutter and Dart.
- Knowledge of Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Notifications, Cloud Functions).
- Experience with REST API Integration.
- Understanding of State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and Backend integration.
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of UI/UX implementation from design tools such as Figma.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Flutter application development.
- Experience in Agro-Tech, E-commerce, ERP, CRM, or related application development will be preferred.
