Fire & Security Manager Juinagar

Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Manager to manage fire safety, security operations, emergency preparedness, and statutory compliance at our Juinagar facility.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, infrastructure, and overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall fire safety and security operations at the facility.
- Ensure effective deployment and supervision of security personnel across shifts.
- Manage CCTV, access control, visitor management, gate security, vehicle and material movement.
- Ensure readiness and maintenance of fire-fighting systems including fire hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency equipment.
- Conduct regular fire & security inspections, risk assessments, mock drills, evacuation drills, and emergency response exercises.
- Develop and implement Fire & Security SOPs, emergency procedures, and site security protocols.
- Coordinate with Fire Brigade, Police, local authorities, contractors, and security agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety, security,



and statutory requirements.
- Manage security vendors, manpower, AMC/service providers, and performance.
- Investigate fire/security incidents, prepare reports, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, security guards, and emergency response teams.
- Support internal, customer, external, and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Diploma with relevant qualification in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / Security Management.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Robust knowledge of Fire Safety, Physical Security, CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Management, Risk Assessment, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in managing security agencies and large security teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, incident-management, and problem-solving skills.
