Pre-Sales Executive | Work From Home

Navasa Realty is looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads.
Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant real estate projects.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in the CRM.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate pre-sales or sales is mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally over calls.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Must have their own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is preferred.
