Role Overview
The Project Desk Executive will serve as the coordination backbone of IndiFrame's project execution
function. This role bridges design, costing, client communication, and site execution — ensuring that
every project moves from enquiry to delivery with accuracy, speed, and accountability. The ideal
candidate has a working knowledge of uPVC/aluminum systems, is comfortable with estimation tools

and technical drawings, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured, detail-
oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Tracking
• Manage the end-to-end desk coordination of assigned projects from enquiry receipt to
installation handover
• Maintain and update project trackers covering status, timelines, pending items, and delivery
milestones
• Coordinate between the design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure
seamless workflow
• Prepare and circulate daily/weekly project status reports to relevant stakeholders
Estimation, Costing & BOQ Preparation
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs),



and project quotations for residential
and commercial clients
• Use RA Workshop, Window Maker, or EVA software to generate system-specific material takeoffs
and costing sheets
• Optimize material utilization and suggest cost-effective design alternatives where applicable
• Assist the sales team with competitive pricing inputs for bids and tenders
• Experience in BOQ preparation is mandatory
Technical Drawing & Documentation
• Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD or
equivalent tools
• Ensure drawings are aligned with client specifications, site measurements, and IndiFrame product
standards
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including drawings, approvals, and
revision history
Client & Vendor Coordination
• Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries from clients, dealers, and channel
partners
