Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior Blender Lighting Artist to join our production team. You’ll work on VFX, product visualization, and full 3D projects, creating and refining lighting setups in Blender under the guidance of senior artists.
Responsibilities
Create and refine lighting setups in Blender.
Work with Cycles / Eevee, HDRIs, and lighting rigs.
Match lighting to the project's mood and visual direction.
Support look development, shading, and compositing.
Optimize scenes and renders for production.




Follow feedback and maintain organized project files.
Collaborate with other artists to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Valuable understanding of Blender lighting and rendering.
Understanding of basic lighting, composition, materials, and shading.
Basic knowledge of AOVs / render passes.
Understanding of the 3D/VFX production pipeline is a plus.
Valuable eye for detail and willingness to learn.
Portfolio / showreel is required.
Freshers with solid lighting work are welcome to apply.
