Key Responsibilities
Increase the Franchise Network by identifying and onboarding new franchise partners across targeted locations.
Engage with Generated Leads through calls, meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups to convert qualified leads into franchisees.
Generate Current Leads through market research, networking, referrals, digital platforms, events, and other relevant channels.
Drive Franchise Conversions by understanding prospective partners' requirements, presenting the franchise model, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
Build and Maintain Relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners to support long-term network growth.
Track and Report Performance including leads generated, follow-ups, conversions, pipeline status, and franchise additions.




Team Management – DH: Manage, guide, and monitor a team of 5 members, ensuring achievement of individual and team franchise development targets.

Eligibility
BDS qualification is mandatory.
