Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented BDE / Sales Executive to support our business development and project sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to build a career in B2B/project sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, references and market visits.
Identify and develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, PMCs, developers and other project stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable product solutions.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations to support order conversion.




Conduct regular market visits and identify upcoming construction and building projects.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Update sales activities, leads, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM/ reporting system.
Coordinate with technical, design and execution teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors and project prospects.

Eligibility & Skills
0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business / Management preferred.
Candidates from Elevator/Lift, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate or Building Solutions industries will be preferred.
Interest in developing a career in B2B / Project Sales.
