About the Role
Loco Castings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Andal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, screening, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievances and HR queries.
Support manpower planning, performance management and employee engagement.
Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial organisations.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws and statutory compliance.
Positive communication, interpersonal and MS Excel skills.
