Job Description
Acture Media is looking for a Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in business development and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably from a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, IT/Technology, or Service-based company.

We are looking for someone who is confident in communication, understands the complete sales cycle, can build robust client relationships, create and deliver skilled presentations, and has a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing/services solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches confidently.
Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.




Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and potential clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate commercials, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with the strategy, SEO, performance marketing, creative, and other internal teams to prepare customized proposals for clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry events whenever required.

Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, IT/Technology, or Service-based company is preferre
