Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the company's electronic components/semiconductors business.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement in financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales, marketing, and operations strategies.
- Provide insights into financial trends and opportunities for growth through data-driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. or equivalent specialization; MBA preferred.
- Solid knowledge of FPNA (Financial Planning & Analysis), Variance Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Forecasting skills required.
