- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting
- Analyse actual vs. budget and prepare scenario modelling
- Maintain and optimise Xero & Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
- Improve billing, WIP and expense-control processes
- Drive automation, AI and digital finance initiatives
- Maintain robust financial controls and compliance
