Role Description This full-time Financial Advisor role is based in Indore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home days.

The Financial

Advisor will meet and engage with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance, investment, and retirement solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial needs assessments, preparing personalized financial plans, explaining product features, and providing ongoing portfolio and policy reviews. The role also involves coordinating with Bank of Baroda branches, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines,



and achieving assigned sales and service targets.

The advisor will participate in trainings, stay updated on product changes, and support customer queries in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to assess client needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to explain products, risk, and returns in a explicit and responsible manner.
- Proficiency in Financial Advisory practices, including client relationship management and ethical selling.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial planning or insurance are an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Indore, with strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and remote client interaction.
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
