Check out our journey here! Now, we’re building, our digital personal loan app, from the ground up. We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager who becomes the core finance brain for — someone who can go deep into business and financial models, treasury,

liquidity, unit economics, and process automation while building a scalable finance engine from 0→1. This is not a traditional finance operations role.

What You’ll Do

● Own the business finance charter for the company across profitability, treasury, liquidity, and strategic planning

● Build and refine deep financial and business models across disbursals, pricing, APR, credit costs, CAC, collections recovery, and profitability

● Own unit economics and cohort profitability models across borrower segments and loan vintages

● Drive liquidity planning, treasury deployment, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation

● Track monthly income vs costs against budgets and provide explicit actionable insights

● Build scenario and sensitivity models for growth, risk costs, pricing changes, and profitability.

● Automate finance workflows across MIS, reconciliations,



dashboards, reporting, and forecasting

● Handle partner and vendor reconciliations, ensuring loan-level principal and income matching where required

● Manage vendor commercials, payment cycles, and cost optimization

● Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and internal stakeholders for finance and treasury-related processes

● Ensure compliance with relevant RBI / NBFC financial and reporting guideline s

What You’ll Need

● 4-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A;, treasury, or strategic finance

● Strong preference for candidates from NBFCs, fintech lenders, consumer lending, or startup finance teams

● Strong understanding of digital lending unit economics and portfolio profitability

● Experience with reconciliations, budgeting, reporting, and finance operations

● Strong understanding of liquidity management and treasury planning

● High ownership mindset with ability to solve ambiguous 0→1 problems

● Ability to work cross-functionally with business, risk, product, collections, and tech teams

Bonus if you have:

● Experience in unsecured personal loans / small-ticket digital lending

● Experience with finance automation, SQL, dashboards, or BI tools

● Exposure to debt raise / borrowing / treasury management
