We’re Hiring | Finance & Collections Manager

Adquark Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Collections Manager to take ownership of our collections, revenue tracking, financial operations, and compliance across our India, US, and UAE entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of collections and revenue generated across the business.
- Track receivables, outstanding payments, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Follow up with clients/partners for timely collections and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly revenue and collection reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, payment reconciliation, and cash-flow tracking.
- Ensure timely financial and statutory compliance for our entities in India, USA, and UAE.
- Coordinate with external CA/CPA/accounting and legal teams wherever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for all entities.
- Support tax filings, audits, reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify gaps in financial processes and implement better systems for collection and reporting.
- Prepare regular MIS and management reports on revenue,



collections, outstanding receivables, and financial performance.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Finance, Accounts, Collections, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and financial reconciliation.
- Experience handling international entities or cross-border transactions is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of India, US, and UAE compliance will be preferred.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external professionals.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
