Field Survey & Lead Generation Executive – Renovation, Interior & PMC

Mulate Design Studio is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Survey & Lead Generation Executive to identify potential renovation, interior design and project management opportunities across Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field surveys in assigned areas of Pune.
- Identify old housing societies, apartments, bungalows and commercial properties requiring renovation or interior work.
- Survey ongoing construction projects, newly completed residential projects and redevelopment opportunities.
- Generate potential enquiries for Renovation, Interior Design, Turnkey Execution and PMC services.
- Develop local contacts with society members, property owners, brokers, contractors, building material suppliers and other relevant sources.
- Collect basic information about potential projects, including location, type of property, contact person and requirement.
- Share genuine and qualified leads with the company.
- Maintain daily records of areas surveyed, buildings visited, contacts developed and leads generated.
- Send daily field activity reports, photographs and location details.
- Support follow-up activities and appointment scheduling whenever required.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with potential clients and local contacts.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in field marketing, real estate, construction, interior or lead generation will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field travel across Pune.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Marathi and Hindi are mandatory. Basic English is preferred.
- Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Should be confident in approaching and communicating with new people.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
- Travel allowance / conveyance reimbursement.
- Mobile allowance.
- Performance-based incentives for verified and qualified leads and successful project conversions.
- Salary and incentives may increase based on performance.

Working Conditions
- 6 working days per week.
- Field working hours generally between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on assigned areas and work requirements.
- 3-month probation period.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 7 days will be preferred.

Important Terms
- Daily field activity and lead reports are mandatory.
- All leads, customer details and business information generated during employment will remain confidential and the property of the company.
- Incentives will be applicable only for verified and genuine leads as per company policy.
- The employee will be expected to maintain professional conduct while representing Mulate Design Studio.
