Position: Operations Executive – Vehicle QR Sticker Installation

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle customer visits and MY QR vehicle sticker installation. The candidate will coordinate with customers, visit their locations, install the QR sticker properly, verify the QR code, and update the installation status to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customer details from the Sales Team.
- Contact customers and confirm the installation time and location.
- Visit customers at their location.
- Verify vehicle and customer details before installation.
- Clean the required surface and properly install the MY QR sticker.
- Scan and verify that the QR code is working correctly.
- Take installation confirmation/photo when required.
- Update completed installations in the company system or WhatsApp group.
- Maintain daily installation records.




- Handle basic customer questions professionally.
- Report any customer complaints or installation issues to the Operations Manager.
- Complete assigned daily installation targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to travel within assigned areas.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Previous field operations/sales experience is an advantage.

Performance Expectations
- Timely customer visits.
- Proper sticker installation.
- Accurate customer and vehicle verification.
- Successful QR-code verification.
- Daily completion and reporting of assigned installations.

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Team Leader Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
