Role Description The Field Services Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing Miven Mayfran conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, executing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance.

and maintain accurate service documentation and reports. Qualifications

- Strong Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and service of chip conveyor, scrap conveyor and coolant filtration systems/ industrial machineries.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for mechanical and basic electrical systems, PLC-based controls, and automation equipment.
- Hands-on Preventive Maintenance skills for conveyors, filtration systems, and related machinery, with a focus on safety and reliability.
- Effective Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals, and use standard diagnostic tools and instruments.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and work in industrial shop-floor environments.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in conveyors, coolant filtration, or industrial automation in metalworking or automotive sectors is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for service reporting, documentation, and communication.
