Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Latur. In this role, the professional will visit potential and existing customers, present company services, and build strong relationships to drive sales and customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular follow-ups, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets.

The Field Sales

Executive will also gather market feedback, report on competitor activities,



and share insights with management to refine sales strategies. Accurate documentation of visits, leads, and sales activities, along with coordination with internal teams for smooth service delivery, is an significant part of the role.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or direct customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Ability to plan daily schedules, manage territories efficiently, and work toward measurable sales targets.
- Comfort with on-the-ground work, including frequent local travel in and around Noida.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools to record leads, visits, and sales data.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in services or retail sectors is beneficial; familiarity with the local market in Noida is a plus.
