Job Role

Field Sales Executive (FSE)

- Work directly on PhonePe's payroll as part of the core growth team.

- Visit local markets, shops, retail stores, and businesses to identify and onboard new merchants.

- Promote PhonePe's merchant products and services to potential business owners.

- Install PhonePe QR Codes at merchant outlets.

- Deploy, install, and activate PhonePe Soundboxes for business owners.

- Explain the usage and features of PhonePe devices to newly onboarded merchants.

- Train merchants on using PhonePe products and assist them with basic queries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

- Resolve routine merchant queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.

- Achieve assigned merchant onboarding and performance targets.

- Maintain regular updates on merchant visits, onboarding, installations,



and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Must own an Android smartphone.

- Must have a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter).

- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Confident and target-oriented approach.

- Ability to interact with local shopkeepers and business owners.
